Back in 1923, when the government told folks what they couldn't drink, a few enterprising souls found other ways to bring joy to the masses. While others smuggled spirits, we perfected the art of bacon.
Our ancestors discovered that the same care, craft, and secrecy that went into the finest bootleg bourbon could transform ordinary pork belly into something extraordinary. They infused their bacon with the flavors of the forbidden cocktails of the era.
Today, we carry on that tradition. Each batch is handcrafted using prohibition-era recipes, cured low and slow, and infused with real cocktail ingredients. No artificial shortcuts. No compromises. Just illicitly delicious bacon that would make our bootlegging forebears proud.
